Stoney Point Inc.

Address: 1318 Frederick Pike, Littlestown, PA 17340
Establishment No.: m09646

USDA Inspection Report: 3 Nov 2010

Code: 06D01
Violation: 416.2(b)(3)

Citation: While touring the plant at 0900, I found the following deficiencies: 1. In the box room (outside of the freezer), the door that leads toward the animal pen area, had about a 1" gap at the bottom. 2. The cooler door in the large cooler that is in the rear of the building and leads to the outside, has a 1/2" gap at the bottom. I informed [redacted] of these deficiencies. Outside doors must be maintained to prevent the entrance of vermin, such as flies, rats and mice. I have looked for evidence of mice and have found none.

Regulation:

416.2(b)(3) Walls, floors, ceilings, doors, windows, and other outside openings must be constructed and maintained to prevent the entrance of vermin, such as flies, rats, and mice.
