Citation: While touring the establishment at 0830, the following noncompliances were found:1. Rusty door frames in the cooler.2. The drain cover in the cooler is rusty. 3. There is a 5' long white stick (track changer) that is not in good shape (end is frayed) in the cooler. 4. The metal on the cooler door is cracked and bent and has sharp edges. 5. The large main electric box and the small receptacle beside it are both rusty. 6. The light in the processing room has either rust or dirt on it. 7. The door to the boiler area needs repaired at the bottom 8". This is in noncompliance with 9CFR 416.2.

Regulation:

416.2(b)(1) Construction. Establishment buildings, including their structures, rooms, and compartments must be of sound construction, be kept in good repair, and be of sufficient size to allow for processing, handling, and storage of product in a manner that does not result in product adulteration or the creation of insanitary conditions.
