Citation: At approximately 0730 while observing general pre-operational activities, the following noncompliances were noted: as the small chiller was being drained as a result of another noncompliance, a large amount of contaminated water was noted building up on the floor around the small chiller and in the drainage area under the large chiller. This water buildup was contaminating surrounding areas of the floor. In addition, several long fronds of old fat accumulation were noted adhered to and floating around the sides of the open drainage ditch under the large chiller along with a large accumulation of what appeared to be metal wing tags.
