Violation:  417.4(a)(2)(iii)

Citation: While performing an 03J02 procedure the following non-compliance was observed. While reviewing the salmonella test results for the On-going verification testing the establishment failed to document the serotypes for the positive test results. The serotyping was part of a corrective action that was to be implemented by the establishment. The verification plan dated 7/31/10 states " the establishment will test for salmonella and chart out results for trends and track salmonella serotypes. This is a corrective action failure and is in violation of 417.3(a) and 417.4(a)(2)(iii). This document serves as written notification that your failure to comply with regulatory requirements could result in additional regulatory or administrative action.
