Violation:  314.7, 416.1, 416.2(e)(2), 416.2(e)(3)

Citation: At approximately 0700 hrs while performing a scheduled 06D01 the following non-compliances were observed. 1) The liver chill tank in the evisceration department has water running off on to the floor and not directed into the drain. This was marked completed on the plant improvement plan. 2) Processing room. The pipes on the hand washing sink by the ice bin are broken. The water is not properly conveyed into the fdrain instead the water is running on to production floor. QC was informed of the findings. This is in violation of 9 CFR 416.1, 416.2(e)(2) and 416.2(e)(3). This document serves as written notification that your failure to comply with regulatory requirements could result in additional regulatory or administrative action.

Regulation:

314.7 Carcasses of livestock which have been condemned on ante-mortem inspection shall not be taken through rooms or compartments in which an edible product is prepared, handled, or stored.

416.2(e)(2) Properly convey sewage and liquid disposable waste from the establishment

416.2(e)(3) Prevent adulteration of product, water supplies, equipment, and utensils and prevent the creation of insanitary conditions throughout the establishment
