Citation: During the performance of verification activities with EIAO Dr. the following noncompliance was found with the plants SSOP plan. Currently the SSOP plan does not include written procedures to prevent cross contamination by equipment movement from RTE rooms to Raw processing areas of the establishment. This is a noncompliance with 9CFR 416.12(a) which states "The Sanitation SOP's shall describe all procedures an official establishment will conduct daily, before and during operations, sufficient to prevent direct contamination or adulteration of product(s)." Mr. was informed of this noncompliance during the EIAO meeting.
