Citation: The Establishment cannot support that anti-biotic residues are not likely to occur per 9CFR 417.5(a)1 as they are only using FSIS history to justify the decision in made in the hazard analysis. was informed of this noncompliance. This NR is linked to NR 0051-2011-15623. Plants ineffective planned further action was to create a standard letter stating that animals from owner is free from residue and mail this letter to the animal owners. As of the writing of this NR the plant has failed to complete this task.
