Citation: At approximately 1000 hours while performing Fully Cooked -Not Shelf Stable HACCP task for record keeping verification activities I noted that there was no time recorded in the Re -Packaging HACCP monitoring log. The monitoring activity had been performed for the day of 08/31/2011.The establishment did not meet the USDA regulatory requirement of 9CFR 417.S(b). There was no N R with the similar cause in the filter value that could be linked with th is NR.This document serves as written notification that your failure to comply with regulatory requirement could result in additional regulatory or administrative action.
