Citation: At approximately, 1853 hours, while I was performing a walk through for my 06D01 scheduled task, I noticed condensation on multiple insulated pipes and some dripping water from 2 vents. I immediately informed [redacted] (Evis supervisor) of the noncompliances. I showed him the insulated pipe between the gizzard and neck lines and then the insulated pipes between the gizzard and paws lines with the condensate on them. I then showed him the vent between the gizzard and neck lines that was dripping. Then the vent between the gizzard and paws lines that was dripping. I went to the QA department and asked the QA technician to bring up the establishment's facilities report, the last check had been performed at 1822 hours and had the condensate absent category marked as "absent".

Regulation:

416.2(d) Ventilation. Ventilation adequate to control odors, vapors, and condensation to the extent necessary to prevent adulteration of product and the creation of insanitary conditions must be provided.
