Citation: As a result of a recent Food Safety Assessment conducted during the time frame of 11/02/2010 to 12/03/2010, the following deficiency was found: The establishment HACCP plan was reviewed. The HACCP plan states for CCP1B that . For CCP2B the establishment's HACCP plan does not list the frequency of the review of records. This is noncompliance with 9 CFR 417. 2(c)(7). 417.2 Hazard Analysis and HACCP Plan. (c) The contents of the HACCP plan. The HACCP plan shall, at a minimum: (7) List the verification procedures, and the frequency with which those procedures will be performed, that the establishment will use in accordance with 417.4 of this part.
