Citation: On November 29, 2011, at approximately 0900 hrs, while performing an unscheduled ISP SPS procedure task , the following noncompliance was identified: when I was checking the sound construction of the walls in the cutting and processing floor, I saw some cracks in the west wall very close to the cooling unit on the right side when you enter from the main entrance of the cutting floor, [redacted] the QC personnel was notified of the non compliance. The establishment is not in compliance with 9 CFR 416.2(b)(1) which states establishment buildings, including their structures, rooms, and compartments must be of sound construction, be kept in good repair, and be of sufficient size to allow for processing, handling, and storage of product in a manner that does not result in product adulteration or the creation of insanitary conditions.
