Citation: On 8/5/2010. I performed a unscheduled 06D01 at the establishment and the following was noted. The kill floor walls and ceiling has dust, dirt and splash marks from the slaughter activities ( manure and dirty water form the legs and feet of animals splashing up on ceiling during hoisting) The ceiling and at least the top portion of the walls, from the middle of the wall to ceiling has fat blood spots checked the plants SSOP and it states that [redacted]. I also noted that the rails are rusty. along with the I-beams holding up the rail system. The rails are dry looking with some flaking along different area's of the track, which could pose as a problem if rust falls on carcass during transportation to cooler.
