Citation: On Thursday 03/29/2012 at approximately 0630 at establishment 09715 while performing a SPS procedure I observed the following non-compliance. No product was involved.
In the spice room that is located beside the establishment office I observed paper, pieces of plastic wrap and tape from boxes on the floor, I also observed spices that were spilled on to the floor and on the plastic lids that the spices are stored in. All of the spices are stored in plastic bins, but could still lead to an insanitary condition. Mr. was immediately notified of the non-compliance and he had his employee immediately clean the spice room.
