Food particles left on tables, other areas can contribute to vermin control activities. 2) Standing water noted on the floor area of the packing room. The metal gutter sections above the packing tables had sections of surface rust. The lower door hinge for the packing door has flaking rust visible. 3) In the product cooler the back wall observed upon entering the room had drops of product blood from the middle section of the wall to the lower portion. 4) In the ice machine room the caulking for the wall in the corner section exhibited a portion of mold extending about 2 inches from the caulk and down the length of the corner about 1 1/2 feet. The bolts for the cooler door hinges were rusted completely. Noted on two hinges with multiple bolts per hinge. Gloves, paper towels, were located in the sink area used for washing hands making it difficult for the area to be used as a hand washing station.
