Citation: On April 25,around 9:50 a.m. while performing a directed operational sanitary task during production I noticed a roach crawling on the table of the lunch room located at the basement of the establishment. I continued to investigate and found any more evidence of more roaches or pests in the establishment. Even though it was during production hours they was no evidence that product was adulterated.
