Violation: 416.2(b)(2), 416.4(b)

Citation: Today at approximately 0700 hours, after I reviewed the plant's SPS records which marked all storage and processing areas as acceptible, I inspected the corrugate boxes storage room and found following listed below: (1) Thick old waxy particles and dust appearing on the chute surfaces which is used for transfering ready to be used corrugate boxes to the poultry packing area. (2) Built-up dust appearing at walls near the chute and the corrugate boxes storage area. (3) Soil and dust-clusters were found appearing at every corners in the room. QC manager Mr. was notified and shown of the noncompliance. U.S.REJECTED tag # B1149709was applied to the chute. Mr. immediately started to perform the corrective action with other plant-workers. An hour later, I was notified to re-inspect the chute. I found it was cleaned, and I detached the tag. Another QC manager said to me that all other areas in the room including the floor and walls will be cleaned at the later time.
