Citation: On this date at approximately 0900 hours I was reviewing records associated with the Raw Ground HACCP Plan. When I located and reviewed the Thermometer Calibration Log which according to the Raw Ground HACCP Plan Verification states, "," I found no calibration of thermometers was performed for the month of July, 2010. I immediately informed of the ongoing verification noncompliance with 9 CFR 417.4(a)(2)(i)
