Citation: As part of the prerequise program for residues at Gold Medal Packing, [redacted]. Since last January 1st there have been roughly 200 producers with residue violations at Gold Medal. Of these 200 producers, only 48 are listed on the residue violation log. Furthermore, some of these 48 owners are listed twice. This log has been designed partly in response to a recent Food Safety Assessment that was conducted..
